This is a laid back diner with lunch or breakfast served all day. The food tastes homemade like its advertised and is delicious! The menu is simpler then most but it fits this place perfectly. I highly recommend you give this place a try for yourself.

Great biscuits and gravy! Small diner atmosphere. We visited around 10:30 am on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. A little bit of a wait for our food but it was hot and delicious when it arrived. Hubby had the roast beef club with fries and said it was delicious. Generous portion and he was stuffed at the end. I ordered ala carte with 1 biscuit, sausage gravy, and a side order of sausage patties. Gravy was just seasoned perfectly and didn't need salt or pepper. There were large sausage bits and plenty of them in it as well. I'd certainly come back and would recommend it for a nice comfort food meal.

Just okay... Food did not seem it was made from scratch. Service was pretty slow but friendly. Large portions. Good place to get breakfast if you are not picky.

This is a great place to get a home cooked breakfast. This is not a fancy place but I love the feeling I get early in the morning sitting here with a cup of coffee and getting some eggs and bacon. It's quiet and the food is made quickly. The prices are really affordable and you can get a plate with coffee for about $8. The wait staff is really helpful, kind and down to earth. I haven't tried the lunch yet, but everything seems really good here

A quaint dinner at a strip mall. Good friendly place, nice staff. Food was ok. Service was good. No crowd. No wait. Easy and close parking.

Tucked away behind the Walgreens off 192 and wickham road. Breakfast was really tasty and the price is fair not too expensive. Friendly and fast service..

Nice spot for breakfast. The restaurant itself could use a new carpet and paint job, but the staff and food are both excellent! Staff is constantly moving, ensuring you have everything you need. We went on for breakfast and were not disappointed.

but besides that the ham was good my wife lied to us making could have been better we went there today we went there today to have breakfast my wife had bacon eggs home fries coffee I had ham what egg English muffin and coffee the home fries that I had was just regular potatoes and I know taste to him I think if they had added a little onion and a little seasoning it probably would have taste better but I did not like them home fries but besides that the it could have been better

People seem to like this place but I would rather drive down the road & pay more than eat here. Poor service. 2 different servers walked past without even asking how we were doing or if I needed anything. Eggs over cooked not servers fault, but they didn't even stop to find out. Wont spend my money there again.

Stopped in Fred and Ethel's for breakfast and got to say was nothing out of the ordinary or to brag about.. been to alot of different places but honestly wouldn't recommend these guys to any friends or stop back .. service was decent and the food was mediocre..

Great place to have breakfast. Classic menu: eggs, toasts, bagel, sandwiches and omelettes. Service is fast and food is clean.

Always good food and service

If you like home fresh cooking breakfast or brunch this is it. My wife and I own Indian River Antique Mall business so quality and service is important to us. The wait staff has upbeat attitude and making rounds to refill our coffee. Nice big portions just like mama's.

Quick, especially for 10:30am on a Saturday, everything was as expected, except the eggs (over hard, break the yokes) were runny. Bacon, home fries, pancake good. Good service 👍

A very nice little diner

Not a bad hole in the wall place. The food was good, excellent sausage gravy! The atmosphere was certainly unique. The service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either, the waitress didn’t bring us a second coffee or grab us to go cups. That probably won’t stop us from being back.

We hit this little dinner for breakfast. While the seating is weird. The breakfast was great! Had the potato skins stuffed with cornbeef and hash, topped with over medium eggs. Super awesome.

Not a bad spot for a quick and reasonably priced lunch but DO NOT get the "NY Style" breakfast sandwich. Feeling homesick I decided to give it a shot and what I got was best described as a Mcdonald's style breakfast sandwich. The woman who took my order even boasted about how good the sandwich's were, how close they were to what she used to get back in NY, and that she would not allow them to sell bad breakfast sandwich. The "Kaiser roll" they used was literally a hamburger bun and the eggs were rubbery and perfectly circular like they dropped eggs into a mold and shoved it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Everything else I've had here has been fantastic but that breakfast sandwich has left a bad taste in my mouth both figuratively and literally.
